How we handle the information you share with us. Effective June 14, 2026.
Datumetry is a custom software studio operated by Hunter Warner, based on the Gulf Coast in Pensacola, Florida. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Datumetry. You can reach us any time at hello@datumetry.com.
This explains how we handle the information you share with us through datumetry.com, which is almost entirely the project intake form.
When you fill out our intake form, you give us your name, company name, email address, an optional phone number, your annual revenue range, a description of your biggest operational challenge, and the systems you currently use. We collect this only because you choose to send it to us.
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on this site.
To measure traffic and performance we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, both privacy-friendly and cookieless. They count aggregate visits and page views (with general location at the country level) and page-load performance metrics. They set no cookies, do not follow you across other sites, and do not collect personal information.
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about your project, and scope possible work. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing newsletters.
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can provide their service to us:
These providers are bound to use your information only to provide their services to us.
We keep intake information for as long as we need it to evaluate and pursue a possible working relationship, and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have shared by emailing hello@datumetry.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We serve this site only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and we limit who can access what you submit. No method of transmission or storage is ever perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
This site and our services are meant for businesses, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy as our business changes. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.

Three minutes, plain language. You don't need to know what the fix looks like. That's our job.
